TAKES PLACE ON SUNDAY OCTOBER 5TH 2025 AT 1:30 PM-4:30 PM IN TULSA OK. Acid Lime X OFA’s 3-hour Alterations Workshop teaches essential skills to help you confidently tailor your own clothes, with beginner sewing experience preferred. Students must bring 2–4 items for alteration, such as hems, tapering, or button repairs, to practice hands-on with guidance from an expert.

EACH STUDENT MUST: 

Bring 2-4 items in need of altering. This will give our teacher the ability to choose the best pieces applicable to the amount of time we have. Some examples of good alterations to bring are- pant/skirt/dress/top hems, elastic waistbands, simple pant/skirt/dress taperings, sleeve shortening, button repair, and articles with small holes. 

STUDENTS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH:

a class set of sewing machines and all required notions to complete each project. Notions may include, elastic, buttons, thread, etc. Students may bring their own machines if desired.
